Why do you have 2 different Billing Options: Recurring
and Non-Recurring?
We don't want our potential members to force to sign up with a recurring
membership and therefore we offer both options. For you all who preffer
to remain a member and save money, we offer recurring membership as
well. In addition, our Recurring Billing prices are lower to give our
long term members a discount. The Recurring Billing option also provides
lifetime protection against future price increases (as long as you do
not cancel your rebilling option you can keep your current signup rate
forever!).

Why aren't my Username and Password working?
- Be sure
that you have entered your username and password into the prompt exactly
as you originally specified on your order form.
- Our system
is Case Sensitive!!. Please check if you type your login name
and password correctly. The system makes differences between CAPITALS
and normal letters.
- Be sure that
your username has not expired (Non-Recurring Billing membership
only). You can renew your membership by purchasing a new one. This
time don't forget to subscribe for a recurring one, because it's cheaper
and won't run out of time. Moreover it can be cancelled any time.
- Your account
has been disabled.
Due to fraud usage, your account has been disabled. It happens if
too many persons from various IP addresses log in with your account.
If your account is being disabled you can request a new password.
Please keep your account information strictly confidential.
If all of the above attempts fail, please use our contact
page to mail all of the following information.
- A brief description
of your problem.
- The Payment Processor
you used. (CCBILL or Verotel)
- Your username
and password.
- Did you sign
with a Recurring Billing Membership or Non-Recurring Billing?
- The date that
you placed the order.
- Your full name
or the name used when you placed the order.
- The e-mail address
you used when you placed the order.

Why can't I see the videos? I only hear sound!!
Check if the free DIVX codecs are installed!
You can download the free DIVX
codecs for both PC and Macintosh from the video pages at each set.
Once you have downloaded the codecs, please install them and restart
your computer. If the codecs are installed correctly the videos will
play fine.

Please download
the videos locally first!
The DIVX videos are not streaming videos, so they shouldn't play in
your video player until they are downloaded. So instead of clicking
on the video link and playing them immediately please download them
first locally. You can download them by right clicking on the video
link and choosing the 'Save target as' option from the drop down menu.
Mac users; The easiest way to right-click is to hold down the ctrl key before you click your mouse button. This works on any Mac!

IE don't prompts me for a username and password when entering the membersection
Your IE security settings prevent prompting this box.
Go into IE Options, Security, then Security Settings for the Internet,
and then under User Authentication/Logon.
select Automatic logon only in Intranet zone instead of Anonymous logon.

I am trying to download and it says to right-click to "Save target
as . . ." That option is grayed out / missing.
First be sure that you are using Internet Explorer for Windows.
There are three possible solutions:
1. Sometimes the 'Content Advisor' gets switched on which can gray out
'Save target as'. Have a quick look at Tools> Internet Options> Content
tab, and see if the 'Content Advisor' has been enabled. If it has, disable
it. You may need administrator privileges on your system to do this.
2. Sometimes the cache becomes too full and this can effect downloading.
Go to Tools> Internet Options> General tab and press Delete Files to
clear your cache.
3. Turn off any download managers that you might have installed.

I still can't see Video with Windows Vista.
One major application which was still lagging behind in Vista compatibility
was DivX. The latest version of the codec, 6.6.2, offers playback support
on Windows Vista and Media Player 11. Other users do away with DivX
altogether and just install the latest stable XviD
codec (1.1.3). You get full DivX/XviD playback in both MP11 and
Media Center and there’s no Player to worry about.
